General Meeting

The founder has the right to finalize any issue related to the operation and management of the Company, except for cases provided by law.

The meeting carries out the general management of the College, ensures its normal operation, within the scope of its competences

• Approves the linear management structure of the College,
• Approves the College's staff list and the changes made to it,
• Listens and approves the performance of the budget presented by the director of the College and the budget estimate for the coming year
• Listens to reports on the activities of the College, examines the results of the audit of their activities,
• Approves the College's strategic plan, plans, other internal documents regulating activities,
• Approves the internal regulations of the director, teachers' remuneration, material incentives, as well as dismissal mechanisms,
• Exercises other powers
