COURSE MANAGEMENT AND FUNCTIONS
The educational part is the structural unit of the "Grigoris" medical-humanitarian college, which operates in accordance with the College charter and department regulations.
The educational part implements:
- Controlling the processes of training and qualification of personnel with education corresponding to the state educational standards and programs.
- Student admission, dismissal, release, transfer, restoration of student rights and other paperwork.
- Organizes, coordinates and supervises the activities of the subject / cycle / committees (chairs) of the college, the calculations and approval of the annual study loads of each academic year.
- Develops and submits study schedules for approval.
- Distributes the classroom fund and supervises the performance of subject courses according to the timetable.
- Develops samples of student ticket, check book, student attendance log, student study card and other study documents.
- Summarizes the results of the tests and examinations of the semester examinations, the annual statistical reports of the college and submits them to the director of the college, the RA National Statistics Service and the RA Ministry of Education and Culture.
