FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- The council discusses, clarifies and organizes the ways and means of implementing the decisions of the general meeting of the college, controls the processes of their implementation.
- Discusses any issue related to the institutional capacity of the college and makes appropriate decisions in accordance with the charter, mission and strategic goals of the college.
- Discusses and makes appropriate decisions regarding the educational processes implemented in the college.
- Presents discussion and recommendations to the General Assembly on issues related to the financial and economic activities of the college.
- Develops and approves the Council's short-term, medium-term and long-term planning projects.
- Carries out the proper implementation of the decisions and orders of the RA Government and state departmental bodies.
- Invites and conducts meetings, at least three times a year.
